Dear Ms. Tornillo:
In accordance with the request of your onsite superintendent, Mr. Gary Bosck, and the City of
lCarlsbad, we prepared this letter to confirm that grading of Lots18 through 43 and-70 through 75, 88
and 92 of the subject development is complete As indicated in the referenced reports, earthwork
operations were performed in substantial conformance with the project geotechnical report.
Lots 18 through 43 and 70 through 75, 88 and 92 have recently been procesSed by removing
v&getative growth and sprnmng the lots..We will perform compaction testing and observation services
during the future processing operations and include compaction test results, if necessary, in future pad
release letters for the project.
We opine that the building pads have been properly graded and are ready to receive the planned
improvements. The conclusions and recommendations presented in the .referenced update report
remains applicable. S S

in the referenced reports from a geotechmcal engineering standpoint, earthwork operations were
performed in substantial conformance with the referenced grading plan and project geotechnical
report.
It is our opinion that all building pads have been properly graded and are ready to receive the planned
improvements. All conclusions and reconmiendations presented in the referenced update report
remain applicable.
