ATTENTION: Building Inspector REFERENCE: Pad Grading Certification for the Match Play Condominium Grading Plan, CT 04-20, Dwg. No. 431-2A. To Whom It May Concern, Based on our field review on March 27, 2006, the subject site building pad has been graded in substantial conformance with the approved Grading Plan CT 04-20. The grading plan shows a sloping garage finish floor which generally flows from the perimeter of the parking area into a centerline swale that flows toward the garage entrance. The building plans indicate a difference from finish garage floor to pad grade to be 1.00 feet. Sloping pad grades were held at 1.00 foot below the finish surface grades shown on the plans. On March 27, 2006, field measurements were taken on the subject site. Spot Pad elevations were measured at locations as listed below: NW, SW, SE & NE corners of garage area found in substantial conformance with the approved plan. Garage Floor Swale at end, middle swale, angle point of swale & end of swale at entrance found in substantial conformance with the approved plan. Corners of Southeasterly Storage area found in substantial conformance with the approved plan. .4. Points along westerly wall on west side of stairs found in substantial conformance with the approved plan. Because of site limitations, the portion of the site northerly of the main building has been rough graded for compliance with erosion control. Fine grading and slopes against walls in the area west of the building will be done as soon as walls of the main building are completed. See sketch of location of pad check and notes on grading. . . This is to certify that the pad grades, both horizontal and vertical, and elevation per field survey are in conformance to the line and grade shown on the approved plans and are within a tolerance of 0.1 foot of the approved plans.
