Our review of the proposed grading plans prepared by BHA, Civil Engineering, Sheets 3 and 4,.
suggests that they have, in general, included the applicable recommendations presented in our
Preliminary Geotechnical Investigation and supplemental reports.

T~mporary cut slopes should be observed by an Engineering G~ologist or Geotechnical' .
Engineer. Additional recommendations may be necessary.
Densification of the sub grade deposits exposed along the basement excavation will· be
required. Additional recommel'l:~ations will be necessary during the gradiug phase, ill this
regard.
