Dear Mr. Johnson:
BHA, Inc. observed the grading for the above mentioned pad and has found the location to be in
substantial conformance with the Grading Plan dated July 11, 2006 prepared by our office. The sub grade
elevation is 34.3 plus or minus one tenth of a foot.
