RE: Pad Certification for Buildings A thru I of the City of Carlsbad Grading & Erosion
Control Plans for Bressi Lots 33-39, of Tract CT 02-15, Map No. 14960, Project No.
CT05-091P1P05-06, Drawing No. 442-5A.
Excel Engineering performed a field survey on June 20, 2007 and again at June
21, 2007 to confirm finish pad grade for the above said buildings and referenced project
A minimum of 10 shots was taken across the pads and the finished, pad grade is as
follows:

D 412.86 412.92
E 412.91 412.92

G 408.46 408.42

The area being certified hereon is the building areas of the pad and excludes the tops and toes of
the slopes.
The maximum deviation from design to finish pad for said pads was found 0.1'. The pads are in
substantial conformance with the approved grading plan.
