In accordance with the request of City of Carlsbad, we prepared this letter to confirm that the gra'ding
of Lots 14 'through 18, and 116 through .118 of..the 5subject development is complete. 'From a
geotechnical engineering standpoint, earthwork operations were performed in substantial
'conformance with the referenced repoitand'the büilding- pàds have been properly graded to receive
the planned improvements. The conclusions and cbmmendátions presented in the referenced reports
remain applicable for the development of the project.
