Geocon Incorporated, dated August 14, 2007 (Project No. 06105-52720)..
Dear Ms. Shusterman:
In accordance with the request of City of Carlsbad, this letter has been prepared to confirm that grading
of Lots 97 through 102 and 113 through 115 of the subject development is complete. As indicated in
the. referenced reports, from a geotechniáal engineering standpoint, earthwork operations were
performed in substantial conformance with the referenced grading plan and project geotechnical report
It is our opinion that, all building pads have been properly graded and are ready' to receive the planned
improvements.'rAll conclusions and recommendations presented in the referenced update report remain
applicable.
