2. Final Report of' Testing and Observation, Services Performed During Site Grading,
Villages of La Costa - The Oaks North, Neighbo rhood. 3.3 (South), prepared by
Geocon Incorporated, dated August 14; 2007 (Project No. 06105-52-20).
Dear Ms. Shusterman:
' In accordance with the request ,f City of Carlsbad,' this letter has been prepared to confirm' that
grading of Lots 26 tbrough.34 of the subject development is complete.. As indicated in the ,referenced
reports, from a geotechnical engineering standpoint,, earthwork operations were performed in
substantial conformance with the referenced grading plan and project geotechnical report.
It is our opinion that all building pads have been prbpeIly graded and are ready to receive the planned
'improvements. All conclusions and recommendations presented in the referenced update report
remain applicable. S S
