In accordance with the request of. City of Carlsbad, we prepared this letter to confirm that the grading
of Phase 9 Lots 36, 37, 74, 76, and Lot, 79 of the subject development is complete. Froth, a
geotechnical ,engineering standpoint; earthwork operations were performed in substdntial
-conformance-with the referenced report and the' building pads have been properly graded to receive
the planned improvements. The conclusions and recommendations presented in the referenced reports
remain applicable for the development of the prOject.
