To verify Treatment Control BMPs are installed prior to occupancy of lots 14 - 22 at The La Costa Oaks 3.7 North
residential project developed by Colrich Communities, the following is a list of Treatment Control BMPs and
frequency of maintenance of the TCB's that are installed on the project at this time of verification.
Treatment Control BMP Maintenance Frequency
1. MP-51 Vortex Seperator Minimum Once a Year
Whe maintenance of the Treatment Control BMP's after Colrich Communities has completed the project will be
turned over to Home Owners Association. The Home Owners Association has contracted Walters Management
Company to maintain the Treatment Control BMP's after the completion of the project. Contact information for

Active construction BMPs in the active phases are being maintained by The Land Stewards erosion control
company. Inspections of the active areas are completed by Alegre Environmental on a routine basis as well as
before and after rain events.
