In accordance with your request, Southern California Soil and Testing, Inc. (SCS&T) has prepared
this report to verify the installation of the pervious pavement sections. The pervious pavement
system consists of payers underlain by permeable granular material. Because of the underlying
impermeable native material, we understand the project civil engineer designed the system to collect
and direct water toward approved drainage inlets.
