Dear Sirs:
Based on our field survey on February 12, 2015, the grading of the pads for Units 1 through 10
of Grading Plans 480-5A have been substantially completed in accordance with the approved
grading plan to the pad elevation. It is understood that the spoils located on the north side of
Units 6 and 7 shall be placed behind the southerly wall once it is constructed. The final
elevations are certified to a tolerance of plus or minus 0.10 feet and the horizontal location is
certified for approximate location.
