Inspector:
Michael Baker International has performed a field survey on May 24,2016 to field check the building
pad elevation for the Recreation Building and Pool Cabanas along Robertson Road. The results of
the field survey reveal the pad elevation to be within substantial conformance, both horizontally
(0.10±) and vertically (0.10±) with the City of Carlsbad precise grade plans DWG 480-313.
