In my professional opinion, the foundation forms for the above referenced building have been completed in substantial conformance with the precise grading plan. This certification is limited to the horizontal location of the major building lines to determine compliance with the setback dimensions shown on the precise grading plans and the finish floor elevations. In my professional Opinion, based on the data collected, preparation of the pad has been completed to within ± 0.1' of the pad subgrade shown on the Preliminary Grading Plan.
