Remedial grading consisted of over-excavation of five feet of soil from finished pad elevation. The excavated soils were then moisture conditioned and compacted to a minimum of 90 percent of the maximum dry density as determined by ASTM D 1557. We observed grading at the site from May 12 to May 18, 2016. Based on our observations and the results of our tests the building pad construction complies with the project approved documents. A minimum of 7 shots were taken and the finished pad grade is as follows: Pad Average Pad Elevation Design Pad Elevation Villa 61 189.62 18961 The maximum deviation from design to finish pad for said pad was found to be .0.05'. Remedial grading operations occurred between March 21, 2016 and March 17, 2017.
