Dear Mr. Arnold:
In accordance with your request, we are providing this letter addressing the global
stability of the planned anchor retaining walls to be located within Phase III of
Marbrisa Resorts. The referenced plans show eight anchor retaining walls with a
maximum wall height of seven feet.
We performed slope stability analysis of the planned anchor retaining walls. Based on
our slope stability analysis, the global stability of the slopes which have the anchor
retaining walls are considered geotechnically stable with regard to deep seated
failures.
The findings and conclusions contained in this letter were based on the site conditions
as they exist at the time of our study using the standard of care and level of skill
ordinarily exercised under similar circumstances by reputable soil engineers and
geologists currently practicing in this or similar localities. No warranty, express or
implied, is made as to the conclusions and professional advice included in this report.
