2. Tentative Tract Map and Planned Development Permit Site Plan for: Quarry
Creek, Planning Area R-4A (East), City of Carlsbad, California, prepared by SB&O
Incorporated, last revision dated July 25, 2016 .
Dear Mr. Robson:
In accordance with the request of SB&O, we have prepared this letter with respect to the tentative
map for the subject project. Based on our review of Reference 2, it is our opinion that the referenced
geotechnical investigation remains applicable to the project. Therefore, this letter updates the
geotechnical investigation with respect to R-4A (East).
Additionally, based on our review, it is our opinion that the map bas been prepared in general
conformance with the recommendations contained in Reference 1. Our review was limited to
geotechnical aspects of project development and did not include review of other details on the
referenced plans that do not directly pertain to geotechnical aspects of site development.
