Project No. 17- 1106F6, Prepared by East County Soil Consultation and Engineering, Inc., Dated October 12, 2017. Dear Mr. Ryan: In accordance with your request, we have reviewed the referenced geotechnical report and the preliminary grading plan prepared by Pasco, Laret, Suiter and Associates of Solana Beach, California to address the pervious concrete pavers for the proposed private driveway and parking lot at the subject site. Based on the anticipated soil conditions following site grading, permeable concrete pavers will acceptable for infiltration, and an impermeable liner will not be required laterally. In addition, utilities and conduits should be allowed under the penneable pavers provided the trenches are properly backfilled and compacted.
