CA. 92714 SUITE A 714-966-1100 PALISADES POINT The purpose of thi·s study is to determine the impact of the .. proposed developement:. Palisades Point (Tract 76-15), on the City of Carlsbad's Master Drainage plan. Currently the Master Drainage Plan divides the area in the vicinity of Pali.sades Point (Tract 76-15) into its natural watershed areas. The proposed· drainage plan will significantly alter the natural areas. This study will detail the· revisions to the Master Plan and provide calculations to demon-·· strate~he ability of the downstream systems to accommodate the . revisions. The Master-Drainage Plan divides area 422 into 11 sub-areas. The proposed drainage plan will revise sub-areas 422-6, 422-7, 422-8, 422-9 as follows; two-thirds of sub-area 422-9, half of sub-area 422-6, and one-third of sub-area 422-7 will be combined as Sub-area A, for a total of approximately 26 acres. One-third of sub-axea 422-9, one-half of sub-area 422-6, two-thirds of sub-area 422-7, and all of· sub-area 422-8 will be combined as Sub-area B, ·for a total l of approximately 46 acres.· The above revisions are highlighted on the following page. 2 OF 6 0 !
