dated September 4, 2001.
Gentlemen:
At the request of your onsite superintendent Mr. Don Anthony, this letter has been prepared to
confirm that grading of Building Pad A for the subject development is complete. From a geotechnical
standpoint, earthwork operations were performed in substantial conformance with the referenced
grading plan and project geotechnical report. A Geocon representative has observed and tested fill
soils placed up to rough pad grade for the subject building pad. A final report will be prepared upon
completion of grading.
