Inc., plot date June 28, 2015.
Dear Mr. Robson:
In accordance with the request of SB&O, we have reviewed the above-referenced site plan which
includes proposed building pad locations and pad elevations for the R-4 area at the subject site. The
purpose of our review was to evaluate if the recommendations in Reference I remain applicable for
the proposed grading and building locations shown in Reference 2. Area R-4 is located at the
southwest comer of the Quarry Creek property.
Review of Reference 2 indicates that fine grading will consist of cuts and fills of approximately 6 feet
or less from proposed sheet grade elevations to construct 56 single-family detached lots, 29 duplex
lots, and 29 triplex lots. Based on pad grades shown on Reference 2, at the completion of mass
grading, the site will be underlain by both native terrace deposits and compacted fill. Figure I shows
the pre-grading site geology using Reference 2 as the base map. At the completion of mass grading,
an updated geologic map should be prepared based on actual graded conditions.
Based on our review of Reference 2, it is the opinion of Geocon Incorporated that the
recommendations contained in Reference I remain applicable to the proposed project. However, an

update geotechnical report should be prepared for the site once mass grading is completed. The
update report will provide recommendations for fine grading, including undercutting of cut to fill
transition lots, based on actual as-graded conditions.
