Our final clearance air sampling results and final clearance soil sampling results associated with the
Asbestos Abatement Project conducted found no asbestos or lead-based paint present . The site work has
been completed by a Licensed Contractor Certified in Asbestos Abatement (Force Environmental).
Kenneth Medici, a California Licensed Asbestos Consultant #92-0007 performed a visual inspection above
grade of the subject site after all materials (Asbestos) was removed and no suspect material was found and
as such passed final clearance visual inspection.
The Analytical Laboratory (Amerisci Labs) reported all air analyses results for the presence of asbestos
fibers as negative: None-Detected (NAD: No Asbestos Detected) by the TEM: Transmission Electron
Microscopy analysis method. TEM is highly regarded as the most powerful and most sensitive
methodology available today to test for asbestos fibers in air. No Asbestos fibers were found to have been
released during the asbestos clean-up project conducted by Force Environmental Company. All work was
conducted in a safe manner.
