MITIGATION SIGN-OFF FOR STREAMBED ALTERATION NO. 1600-2005-0701-
R5, QUARRY CREEK RECLAMATION PROJECT
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (Department) has received your
request for mitigation sign-off for the Quarry Creek Reclamation Project. Based on
information in the Quarry Creek Reclamation Project Year 5 Monitoring Report for
the Wetland and Upland Mitigation Sites, prepared by HELIX Environmental
Planning, Inc. and dated October 25, 2018 and a site visit conducted June 19,
2019, the Department is satisfied that the site meets the requirements set forth in
Streambed Alteration Agreement Number 1600-2005-0701-R5, and therefore
releases you from the mitigation obligations contained therein.
In order to ensure the success of the site in perpetuity, the Department ,
recommends the long-term management of the site include, at a minimum,
periodic removal of invasive non-native species as well as continu~d control of
human activity and human generated waste.
