The buyers wili be able to tear out the old pipes and redo them when they choose to improve the property at absolutely no additional expense to them. 1 am asking tliat both parties sign a release allowing Mr. Zathas to enter the property and install a pipe stopper that costs an estimated $4.00 from a home-supply store Aftc I receive the signatures from both the buyer and the sellers, I will forward both documents to escrow 1 foresee no problems and delays whatsoever with escrow closure provided we receive the documents as soon as possible.
