Based on the information provided, the design plan should meet Encina Wastewater Authority's requirements for wastewater pretreatment.Encina Wastewater Authority approves of the proposed routing of the wastewater from the pretreatment system, to the sewer. EWA requires an inspection of the completed pretreatment system.In addition, LEGOLAND California must submit a completed application for the facility, excluding the restaurant and hotel.
