Deliver all corrected sets of plans and calculations/reports directly to the City of Carlsbad Building Department, 2075 Las Palmas Drive, Carlsbad, CA 92009, (760) 438-1161. Bring one corrected set of plans and calcul'ations/reports to EsGil Corporation, 9320 Chesapeake Drive, Suite 208, San Diego, CA 92123, (619) 560-1468. Deliver all remaining sets of plans and calculations/reports directly to the City of Carlsbad Building Department for rbuting to their Planning, Engineering and Fire Departments. NOTE: Plans that are submitted directly to EsGil Corporation only will not be reviewed by the City Planning, Engineering and Fire Departments until review by EsGil Corporation is complete. 1. Indicate on the Title Sheet of the plans, the name of the per~on responsible for the preparation of the plans. Section 106 .. 3.3. 2. The value shall include all finish work, painting, roofing, electrical, plumbing, heating, air conditioning, elevator, fire extinguishing systems and any other permanent equipment. Please provide a signed copy of the designer's or cdntractor's construction cost estimate of all work proposed. 5. A complete description of the activities and processes that will occur in this , tenant space should be provided. A listing of all hazardous materials should be included. The materials listing should be stated in a form that would make classification in Tables 3-D and 3-E possible. The building official may require a technical report to identify and develop methods of protection from hazardous materials. Section 307.1.6. 7. Provide a note on the plans indi'cating if any hazardous materials will be stored and/or used within the buildingwhich exceed the quantities listed in UBC Tables 3-0 and 3-E. 8.
