The plans were not signed. ACCESSIBILITY 5. Specify on the plans the required 12" dimension on the push-side ofthe door leading to the larger restroom. The plans have been changed. Now the door to the larger restroom has TWO problems: First, there must be a clearance of at least 18" on the pull side of the door. Second, there must be a clearance of at least 12" on the push side of the door. Please see your own notes on the ADA sheet that spell this out! 9. Additionally, provide information for any new fixtures, etc. (such as the new grab bars). The bathroom detail (2/ADA) is outdated. Months ago.
