FIRE PROIECilOII Exterior walls closer than 3 feet to property lines shall be one-hour rated construction and have no openings. Such walls shall have 30 inch parapets when the building floor area exceeds 1,000 square feet on any floor. (Table 5-A, Section 1709 (a)). Projections, including 'eaves, may not extend more than 12 inches into the 3 foot setback from the property line. Section 1710. Eaves over required windows shall be not less than 30 inches from the side and rear property lines. Section 504.
