drain or utility easements on the building site is required for all new buildings and

Municipal Code Section 18.40.030.

Dedication required. Please have a registered Civil Engineer or Land Surveyor prepare the appropriate legal description together with an 8 w” x 11” plat map and submit with a title report. All easement documents must be approved and signed by owner(s) prior to issuance of Building Permit. Attached please find an application form and submittal checklist for the dedication process. Submit the completed application form with the required checklist items and fees to the Engineering Department in person. Applications will not be accept by mail or fax.

GRADING PERMIT REQUIREMENTS
The conditions that invoke the need for a grading permit are found in Section
11.06.030 of the Municipal Code.
