optional porch. Sorry it was missed.

Verified correct materials, nail spacing, hold downs, anchor bolts, strapping and shear transfer between walls/ffoor/roof. Lot 7 and lot 2
shear wall installation is compliant With the approved plans.
Corrections Needed:
LOI 6 plan 2C sheet S2.4
(1) Shear transfer shear wall to roof at grid line 3.2.
(2) At grid line C and 2.5 calls for 12' of shear wall with a HTT 4 hold down. Plumbing systems were in the way so hold down was installed
at the 10' mark, double stud which the hold down is attached to does not have boundary nailing.
(3) The shear wall at grid line 2 between 8.8 and C does not have the required square washers and nuts for the anchor bolts.
