A careful examination of the framing system reveals certain struc- tural concerns, Following is a rundown of discrepancies and the recommended remedies. Discrepancies: 1, Three existing ceiling ties were removed, 2. No connector at 4x12 beam to 4x6 posts and posts to stem walls. 3. No egineering in sizing members and checking the adequacy of garage door header and footings under new posts. Remedies: 1, Add new collar ties at all rafter at 61 above the floor level, 2. Indicate on the Title Sheet of the plans, the name of the legal owner and name of person responsible for the preparation of the plans. Section 302 (a) 7. 4.
