Dear Mr. Garrison:

Upon Mr. Sam Suchowiejko's request, a structural inspection was conducted on
June 24, 1986 to determine the adequacy of the construction work currently
underway. A careful examination of the framing system reveals certain struc-
tural concerns, Following is a rundown of discrepancies and the recommended
remedies.
Discrepancies:
1, Three existing ceiling ties were removed,
2. No connector at 4x12 beam to 4x6 posts and posts to stem walls.

header and footings under new posts.
Remedies:
1, Add new collar ties at all rafter at 61 above the floor level,

3. Provide calculations to justify the construction.
A of details and calculations is enclosed for your record, Please
