Pursuant to Section 21.95.090 (Hillside Development Ordinance) of the Carlsbad Municipal Code, after review of a proposed hillside development, areas previously disturbed by authorized grading may be excluded from the requirements of the Chapter. After review of the application materials submitted and a visit to the site, it has been determined that all slopes on the site have been previously disturbed as all slopes are manufactured. Further, slopes are planted with ornamental trees and ground cover and no native vegetation is present on the site. Your project HDP 94-06 Hatch and Burdt Residence is hereby EXCLUDED from the requirements of the Hillside Development Ordinance Chapter 21.95 of the Carlsbad Municipal Code.
