(15) Masonry and factory-built fireplaces on exterior walls, shall be equipped with tight-fitting
closeable metal or glass doors covering' the entire opening of the firebox; a combustion air intake
equipped with a readily accessible, operable, and tight fitting damper to draw air from the outside
of the building; and a. tight fitting flue damper with a readily accessible control.
