This permit was for a retaining wall around an SDG&E facility on the north side of Cassia Road at around Station 30+75. During the processing of the permit, Western Pacific decided to move the location of the SDG&E facility thereby eliminating the need for this wall. I understand they moved It 100 feet or so. Western Pacific let the wall permit process continue just in case they needed to go back to the old facility location.
