Re PERMITS
To whom it may concern,
I have been trying to pull water softener permits through the City of Carlsbad for a few
weeks now and have gotten no where If I do not need a permit for a water softener in the
City of Carlsbad I need a letter stating so I need a letter on a city letterhead. You can fax
the letter or I will come in tojnck up the letter. Please call me if you have any questions.
