• REMARKS: 1. Provide a smoke detector in the hall serving the bed rms. 2. Window type "I"
adjacent to door "L" must be tempered glass. 3. The existing Dining and Kitchen do not have
sufficient exterior light and ventilation ( Light must be 1/10 floor area 1/2 openable). 4. The energy
calc's require 2 1/2" of rigid roof insulation. The plans show only 1". 5. Provide the manufacturers
