area of improvement. An RI requires an accessible entry.

The person responsible for their preparation must sign all final sheets of plans. (California
Business and Professions Code).
Final structural plans, specifications and calculations must be signed and sealed by the
engineer or architect licensed by the State of California who is responsible for their
preparation. Please specify the expiration date of license. (California Business and Professions
Code).
To speed up the review process, note on this list (or a copy) where each correction item has
