Locations: (2) all thread rods at each of (6) proposed HFX 24x12 Hardy Frames. Hole diameters: 1-1/4". Effective embedment: 24" per det. B/S1 .2. Note: All holes were drilled with a rotary hammer drill and carbide tipped bit, then brushed with a nylon brush and blown out with compressed air until dust free prior to injecting the epoxy. The entire procedure meets or exceeds plan details and ESR-2508 requirements. No discrepancies were observed or noted. All work is subject to City of Carlsbad approval.
