All work done by virtue of this permit must be done in conformity with the application
on fito in this office and the laws of the County of San Oiago, State of California. Any
plumbing installation as herein provided may be inspected at any time by a Building
Inspector. Violators shall be fined, imprisoned, or both.
On new construction, no plumbing
installation shall be made until
a building permit has been issued.
If a check is tendered for payment of the above
fee and the check is not honored when presented
for payment, your Permit will be immediately
.revoked. Checks wili be accepted only on Banks
in the State of California.
