ELECTRICAL and ENERGY COMMENTS
PLAN REVIEWER: Morteza Beheshti
1. Please demonstrate compliance with the fire access and pathways setback requirements
under section 3111.4 of the 2013 residential CBC. Show setback dimensions on plans.
There should be a minimum of 36" clear from the roof ridge. A, minimum of 36" clear
from two, 36" pathways from the eave to the ridge. Also, there should be at least 18"
from edge of the modules to any roof edge/ valley or hip. When there is modules on
both sides of the valley then 18" clear should be provided on both sides of the valley to
the edge of the nearest module. Do not install junction boxes or any obstacles in the
above clear fire department passageways.
2. Provide electrical load calculations for justification of the service de-rating to 175A.
Complete single line ground electrode system if service wires will change.
