The value shall include all finish work, painting, roofing, electrical, plumbing, heating,air conditioning, elevator, fire extinguishing systems and any other permanent equipment. Please-provide the designer's or contractor's construction cost estimate of all work proposed. 4. Sheet SA of the plan and sheet I of the calculation shows the typical floor joist is I 6"o.c. The typical dead load is 19 psf. Why the loading to typical floor joist (I6"o.c.)& floor joist under partition is 12 plf? Please clarify.
