The only missing rebar at this point is for HD11 hold downs. At interior HD11 holddowns 2-#5x 6' each way top and bottom are needed (8 bars per hold down). At exterior/perimeter HDls 1-#5x10' top and bottom need to be installed. HD8s and HDlls in the interior need to be set lower so they have the required embedment per detail 8/SDl.
