Began inspection of reinforcing installation for building 15. Checked size, grades, spacing, laps, shapes, bar counts, tendon counts and
tendon profiles. Perimeter rebar is substantially complete including top and bottom bars. Spread footings through the garages
are substantially complete. All tendons have been installed and profiles are correct. Installation of holldowns, anchor bolts and added rebar
at holddowns is ongoing. Installation of rebar at the northeast and northwest corners is ongoing.

Continued inspection of reinforcing installation for building 15.
All scheduled rebar has been inst alled. And all tendons have been installed and profiled.
Added rebar for tubs has been installed. Added rebar for hold downs is being installed.
The only missing rebar at this point is for HD11 hold downs. At interior HD11 holddowns 2-#5x 6' each way top and bottom are needed (8
bars per hold down). At exterior/perimeter HDls 1-#5x10' top and bottom need to be installed.
HD8s and HDlls in the interior need to be set lower so they have the required embedment per detail 8/SDl.
Discussed the situat ion with Cruz Etivista, work is ongoing.

1. Footing excavations should be cleaned of loose debris and thoroughly moistened just prior to placing the concrete.
2. Based on the expansion potential of the underlying soils, presoaking of soil below slabs may be recommended. Consult the
geotechnical report for the presoaking recommendations. We note that clayey soils may take an extended period of time and the
contractor should schedule accordingly.
3. In the event of a site change subsequent to our footing observation and prior to concrete placement (i.e. heavy rain, a
construction/placement delay, etc.), we should be contacted to perform additional site observations, as necessary.
4. Line and grade of the footing excavation(s) are not part of the purview of LGC Valley, Inc.
5. Soil compaction test results, ircluding depth of fill, relative compaction, bearing values, and soil expansion index test results are
