1. Provide calculations to show compliance with CPC Section 422 & Table 422.1.
(Minimum Plumbing Facilities). The architectural summary on sheet uses IBC
2902? (Also check the urinal substitution design)
2. Identify the extent of the private sewer, water, and gas systems on the plumbing
site plan. Clearly specify, on the plans, which City Department is responsible for
the permitting, plan check, and inspections for the private utility systems. If the
City Building Department is the agency responsible for permitting the site
plumbing systems and the site plumbing is included under the scope of this
building permit, then provide complete civil site utility plans for plan review.
3. All water supply systems that have quick closing valves installed therein
(washing machines, flush valve fixtures, etc.) shall have devices installed to
control the effects of water hammer. Please detail. CPC 609.10
4. Between the floorplans and the waste isometric many FS's & FD's show venting
on a common manifold that does not address the 6" floodrim requirement.
Please address.
5. Include the water heater expansion tank sizing calculations.
