An Inspection was made by a representative of our organization on February 22, 1980 and It !s concluded that the soil conditions are essentially the same as presented In our report on the grading of this subdivision dated October 12, 1971. The prorated sewer service fee is based upon the date the District estimates that _service will begin and covers the_balance of the^fiscal year. There will be no additional fee or refund if service actually commences on a different date.
