This is just to confirm our conversation concerning the re-numbering of the 3 suites that have tenant
improvements at 2784 Gateway Rd
The existing property manager, unaware of our numbering system, has re-assigned suite numbers to the
only 3 tenant improvements that have been permitted in this complex of buildings To accommodate the
tenants that have all of their business documents listing the new suite numbers, we have agreed to alter
our permits to accurately reflect the new suite numbers
Suite 110 has become Suite 101
Suite 120 has become Suite 102
Suite 130 has become Suite 103
