Provide a note on the plans indicating if any hazardous materials will be stored and/or used within the' building which exceed the quantities listed in UBC Tables 9-A and 9-B. A complete description of the activities and processes that will occur in this tenant space should be provided. A listing of all hazardous materials should be included.
