Enclosed is a copy of the letter from the management company and a drawing of the proposed walls. The two dividing walls will not be load bearing walls. They will be built with 2x4 construction. I will install 1A or 5/8" drywall, based on your recommendations. The drywall will be taped, and screwed at 6" spacing. There will be no electrical wiring, or water pipes installed.
