Section 8770.5 of the Land Surveyor's Act or any amendments thereto)
NOTICE IS GIVEN THAT I hereby certify that Carlsbad Tract 80-38 Palomar Oaks, Map No. 10198, in the City of Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State of California, filed in the Office of the County Recorder of said County on September 15, 1981, is in error and is corrected as follows in accordance with Section 66469 of the Subdivision Map Act or Section 8770.5 of the Land Surveyor's Act, or any amendment thereto.
On Sheet 5 of said map, the bearing of the radial line which reads N 1 31'41'' E, which radial line is at the westerly terminus of the centerline of Palomar Oaks Way (a private street) fronting Lot 9 and Lot 201 having a bearing of N 88'25'19" W and a distance of
216.279 feet, is hereby corrected to read N 1'34'41" E.
