NOTICE IS GIVEN that I hereby state that Carlsbad Tract No. 73-
29, Map No. 10257 in the City of Carlsbad, County of San Diego,
State of California, filed in the Office of the County Recorder
of said County, November 4, 1981, is in error and is corrected as
follows in accordance with Section 66469 of the Government Code
or Section 8770.5 of the Business and Professions Code, or any
amendments thereto.
On Sheet 6 of 7 sheets: The Northerly Boundary line of Lot 172
is shown as North 81°00'00" West 9.23 feet is incorrect and is
hereby corrected to North 81000'00" West 5.17 feet
CERTIFICATE OF ENGINEER OR SURVEYOR
