Pursuant to Chapter 3, Article 7, of the Subdivision Map Act or any amendments thereto, NOTICE IS
GIVEN that I. Allan Cooper, hereby certify that Carlsbad Tract No. 76-15 Unit 3, Map No. 10579 in the
City of Carlsbad. County of San Diego. State of Califomia. filed as document no. 83-032326 in the Office
of the Recorder of the County of San Diego on January 31. 1983 is in error and is corrected in
accordance with Section 66469 of the Subdivision Map Act or any amendment thereto as follows:
Corrections:
Sheet 3 & 4 of 4 - The set 1" x 24" iron pipe and disc marked LS3818 for the front lot corners of
lots 119 through 139 along High Ridge Avenue were reset with a lead & disc marked RCE 16.685
at a 9.75 feet offset to the property corner and are measured radially or at right angles to the right
of way.
Sheet 3 & 4 of 4 - The set 1" x 24" iron pipe and disc marked LS3818 on the rear lot corners of
lots 111 through 128 along Tamarack Avenue were reset with a lead and disc, marked RCE
16,685 at a 4.00 feet offset to the property corner and are measured radially or at right angles to
the right of way.
Sheet 4 of 4 - The set 1" x 24" iron pipe and disc marked LS3818 on the property corners of Lots
131 & 132 along Neblina Drive were reset with a lead and disc marked RCE 16 685 at a 9.75 feet
offset to the property comer and are measured radially or at right angles to the right of way.
In accordance with section 66470 of the Subdivision Map Act. I certify that the following are the names of
all the fee owners of real property affected by such correction or omission on the date of the filling or
recording of the original recorded map. I certify that such owners have been notified of these corrections.
